Client Account Coordinator

First response on client inquiries: quote coordination, onboarding new accounts, and account health.
About the role
The account coordinator is the client's point of contact. You answer inquiries, coordinate quotes with the operations team, walk new accounts through onboarding, and keep an eye on account health so small issues do not become lost clients. Good coordinators translate between what a seller needs and what the floor can deliver, and they follow up before a client has to ask. This is a hybrid role with regular time on-site so you know the operation you are representing.
What you will do
- Respond to client inquiries and act as their day-to-day contact
- Coordinate quotes and custom rates with the operations team
- Onboard new accounts and set expectations on turnaround and process
- Monitor account health and follow up on open items before clients chase them
- Relay client requirements and special handling notes to the floor
What we are looking for
- Account management, customer success, or client service experience
- Clear, plain written and verbal communication
- Organized enough to keep many accounts moving without dropping details
- Comfortable learning fulfillment workflows and pricing
Nice to have
- Experience in eCommerce, Amazon selling, or 3PL client services
- Familiarity with quoting or CRM tools
About Dispatch Fulfillment
Dispatch Fulfillment started in 2017 as a one-person operation in a Pittsburgh bedroom. Today we run a 20,000 square foot facility in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania with four loading docks and a team of six. We handle Amazon FBA prep, Walmart WFS, FBM and direct-to-consumer fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, and freight forwarding. We are also hazmat certified to DOT 49 CFR and IMDG 172, which very few prep centers can handle.
